Bellion Farm
The area surrounding Bellion Farm contains several scheduled Bronze Age round cairns (burial mounds). These include:
- Cairn A: Located approximately 750m northwest of the farm, this large mound (up to 32m in diameter) was excavated in 1826 and found to contain a stone coffin (cist) with human remains.
- Cairn B: Situated 700m north-northwest of the farm, this cairn is smaller (14m diameter) and is significant because it remains largely undisturbed by antiquarian excavations.
- Five Ashes Cairn: Located 400m northwest of the farm, where an 1828 excavation revealed teeth and bone fragments.
