Rev George Edmund Holland M.A

George Edmund Holland Born 24 May 1867 Bury St Edmund's. Baptised 2 Jul 1867 at Bury St Edmunds St James.

Son of the Rev Stewart Holland M.A, vicar of St James, Dudley, Worcestershire, and Mary Mossop of Lincolnshire.

He was the Vicar of Netherwitton Parish from 1898 for 12 years.

Married:

18 June 1901 to Emily Kate Prismall of Chieveley, Berkshire, at Netherwitton.

They had three children together.

• Frances Erskine Conway Holland (Gracey) 1903–1993.
  First officer, Roysl Navy in 1943
• George Holland 
• Arthur Giles Stewart Holland 1907–1981

Emily was the Governess to the Orde family at Nunnykirk Hall.

Died:

George died on 8 Dec 1910 Scarborough, aged 43 of tuberculosis.

After the death of George, Emily looks to move back south, in 1911 she is with her children at her brother's residence along with her mother.

By 1939 she is living at Walton and Weybridge, Surrey, a Private Teacher At Mont Mithas Perpets.

Emily died on 30 Jun 1955 in Compton, Surrey, aged 85. She was buried in the Watts Cemetery in Compton.
