Nancy Robson nee Borthwick

Nancy Borthwick born 22 Jun 1925 in Rothley.

Daughter of William PottsBorthwick and Alice Dixon.

Sister to John Lambert, Douglass and William Borthwick.

In 1939 they are living at Clock Mill Cottage, Capheaton. Her father a shepherd on the Farm for Thomas H Thompson of Clock Mill Farm.

Nancy married James Robson in 1948, They had 2 daughters.

Nancy was a well established resident of Netherwitton, living at 2 Agricultural Cottage's.

She worked many years as a conductor for Tates Busses at Morpeth, then later she worked at the Barnardos Charity shop in Morpeth. 

Nancy died on 24 Nov 2011 at Netherwitton.

She was laid to rest at St Giles Church, Netherwitton on Thursday 1st December 2011, at 11.00am, followed by interment in cemetery.
